Ghosts, ghouls, and super heroes too!

Our neighborhood Halloween trunk or treat was supposed to be on Saturday.  Hurricane Sandy had other plans for us.  It rained ALL day Saturday.  Sunday was beautiful and we enjoyed getting out of the house that evening to party in our neighborhood.

They did a great job setting up games as well.  We had fun playing the games before heading over to the cars for trunk or treating.

Here are the boys all dressed up for the 2nd time
That Man is giving a little jab to Captain America!

We attempted to get a group shot of the neighborhood kids and adults who had dressed up.  Lots of little kids in our neighborhood!
It was interesting to see all the costumes, but these two were most interesting of all.  These two were a couple (I think).  Mickey Mouse is painted on this ladies very pregnant belly and his ears are attached to her chest.  It was a great effort....maybe I should applaud her, I would have never felt comfortable in this costume!  I just wasn't exactly sure what to think about it.  What do you think?

The start of the parade, which is a lap around the clubhouse drive.
Owen and Payton are front and center as the parade starts

We enjoyed our second event and seeing some of our friends.  The favorite candy was probably the ring pops they got.  They enjoyed eating them on the ride home.
