.....check!

We have a loooong to do list.  I checked off one important task today.

Payton and Owen are both officially signed up for Fall Baseball with our new local Little League team.  This is the same Little League group Chad played for when he was young.  He took Payton to see the fields for the first time yesterday. Both boys have decided they want to play baseball instead of football or soccer.  Payton definitely likes baseball better but I think Owen just wants to do whatever Payton does.  Fingers crossed...and double crossed that their are enough 4-5 year olds to sign up for tball so that they have a team.  Owen already missed out on tball this summer due to poor participation and I don't think he can handle another 6 months of small fibs about when the season is starting (we are still waiting on a call from his coach).  Poor guy, all he wants is to have a jersey and play a sport.  Please don't tell him he is the smallest in his age range.

Chad was already contacte about joining the board of this team and with three boys getting ready to spend their evenings on the fields, we thought it wcould be good to go ahead and get involved.

The boys are signed up.  Chad is a board member. I am searching the web for rhinestone "Baseball Mom" shirts.

I wasn't voted most school spirit for nothing folks!

Disclaimer:  I am joking about the shirts. I am wondering at what point you should intervene if you see me wearing one. Momma pride is a big deal so, I guess if that means rhinestone shirts, I'm in.
