Saturday came around way too fast! Unfortunately, it was time for everyone to head back to East Bend. Our marathon of visitors was coming to a close.
We enjoyed lunch at Poe's - at must for most of our visitors and you certainly won't hear us complain!
It was a BEAUTIFUL spring day in the Lowcountry and we took advantage by heading out to the beach before they hit the road.
Chad and Calyn passed the football back and forth while Payton looked on. Calyn already has her fair share of practices and games throughout the year but if the Forbush Falcons ever need a female quarterback she is sure to be the best around!
Too bad the Redskins signed Donovan McNabb....I'm pretty sure Payton would have been ready by late August!
Tiny little footprints in the sand. I also have to capture these on film because Payton actually HATES the sand on his toes. It took about 15 minutes to get his shoes off and then he had a small fit before he would actually walk in the sand.

Mommy and her little man! Payton did a great job of hiding my BIG belly at 28 1/2 weeks!
Shortly after leaving the beach, they hit the road and headed back to NC. We had a great visit and look forward to having them back once Baby Boy #2 has arrived. Hopefully we can squeeze in one more visit before then too! Payton is still waiting for KK and Carson to come back. He comments every night about one of them sleeping in his room with him!
