Payton had his first trip to the dentist on Tuesday March 16th. I was very nervous about how the visit would go. Chad was out of town and my mom had come to town to help out for the week. At the dentist, only one person could go back with Payton. He loves to brush his teeth but he HATES to open his mouth at the Pediatrician so I assumed the dentist would be the same. It was a GREAT experience. He did cry, but they said all little kids do and overall, I don't think he cried too much....or too loud! We got some great pointers on how to help Mr. Independent brush his teeth! They said his teeth looked great and he only has 2 teeth left to come in for this stage. He got a new toothbrush, a few stickers, a little ball, and had his picture made for the "No Cavity" club! I think I'll actually be looking forward to our next visit in 6 months. If anyone needs a good pediatric dentist recommendation I've got a great place to send you!
