....these are the days...

Tomorrow will be the last day that I spend at home with my big boy.  I plan to slow down and enjoy every last second...even those few seconds where I want to pull my hair out and scream.

I am so grateful that I am working part-time and able to have this one, last day at home with him before the world of school takes over.

I will be working on Tuesday but due to our babysitter situation (or lack of one!), Chad will be spending the day with the boys on Tuesday.  I am a wee bit jealous that he gets the "last" day but I know it will be a special one with the boys.

I really just can't believe that my first born starts kindergarten....this week.  I can no longer say he starts school next year, or in the fall, or in August, or at the end of the summer.  The time is winding down.  Quickly.  Way too quickly.

When I was a little girl, the day prior to my birthday, I used to think to myself, "This is the last time I will do ___________ (example: brush my teeth) as a ______ year old."  Corny, I admit, but I am sure tomorrow there will be lots of little moments that I will think, this is the last time we will get a chance to do ________ before you are in school.

Enjoying every second!
