Family Time!

Prior to heading back to Charleston, we made one last stop in Apex!  I was so happy to be able to see Kim, Shannon, Aubrey and Evan.  It has been several months since we had seen any of them.  Aubrey had just celebrated her 13th birthday so I was able to get her gift to her within the same month for once!  We are often in Chapel Hill but it never seems to work to see them.  The long weekend allowed just enough time!  I hate we don't get to see them more often!!  I think I took it for granted how close they were when I was living in Chapel Hill!  

Payton loved their playroom!  He found all kinds of new toys to play with!  He especially loved Evan's Star Wars sword.  Evan and Aubrey were great playing with him...even though he managed to break one of Evan's lego cars...sorry!  He had so much fun with "Auby" and "Ev-y!"

Payton shares a hug with Evan.  Evan is just 6 months older than Carson.  Payton seems to love kids around 8 or 9, especially boys!  I guess it is all that energy they have!
