Payton had his 18 month doctor's appointment on Friday. He now weighs 27 lb 6 oz and is 32 1/2 inches tall! He remains around the 75th percentile for height and has finally moved up to the 50 th percentile for weight. He got a great report!
The doctor asked me how many words I thought Payton was saying. He may have thought I was being sarcastic when I quickly replied "500 at least!" For those of you who have spent more than 5 minutes around Payton, you will know that I may not be too far off! He repeats EVERYTHING and has new words every single day! The doctor said he was easily exceeding his requirement of 10 words at 18 months!
Payton was not happy about his 2 shots but he survived and did great after his shots. We ran into his nurse at Kohls earlier in the week. She was being nice and tried to speak to us. As soon as Payton saw her he started saying "no no no!" He did the same thing when he saw her in the office!

Jessica, Glad to hear Payton had a good check-up. Luke also went to the doctor on Friday for his 6 month check-up and he weighed in at 22 lbs and 28 1/4 inches long (95% for both). It scares me to think how big he'll be when he's Payton's size. Take care!

Payton I am so glad my little sweet boy is doing so well! Did you get all that talking from Meme or Daddy? Only two more weeks until I get to see you and your family! (actually 12 days) Can't wait! How will we all have time to play with you? You may have to stay a week!
