Sunday evening we had some family pictures made on Sullivan's Island. We arrived at the beach happy and ready to go! Payton was very excited to see Matt and Ella on the beach and immediately wanted to run to them. They had a session prior to us with the photographer. Things quickly went down hill when we took Payton's shoes off. Payton has NEVER had any trouble with the sand. He is a bit like his mom and doesn't really like it on his hands but he has been all over the beach many times and has never cried. The shoes came off and the smiles were gone! By the time he had changed his mood our session was over. I was hoping to use these as our Christmas card pictures and wasn't planning to share them. Unfortunately for us, I don't see them appearing on the family Christmas card. Good news for you...I am happy to share with you!
