Prayers

While away in Asheville, I received terrible news from my mother.  My cousin's husband, Steve Anderson, was been killed in a tragic automobile accident on Sunday May 24th.  My heart just breaks for her and her children.  Leslie and Steve were married about 6 months before Chad and I.  They had two beautiful children, Moses and Rachel.  Steve had a daughter, Cori, from a previous marriage.  

Payton and I went to Sherrills Ford on Monday to be with my cousin and the rest of my family.  We were able to stay for the services on Tuesday and then had to return home to Mt. Pleasant.  This is the first time I hated to live so far away.  More than anything, I wanted to stay and be with Leslie a little longer.  It was really hard to leave so quickly when I knew she needed so much support.  

Please keep Leslie, Moses, Rachel, and Cori in your thoughts and prayers.  The upcoming days, weeks, and months will be very difficult for all of them.
