We started our weekend off just as I would like to start any weekend. Two scoops please! Luckily, our travels keep us out of town and away from Ye Ole' Fashioned, our local ice cream shop. They have so many flavors to choose from so I know I could go every night for a week and never have to repeat! The good news is that Payton now shares my ice cream with me so thats a little less for me to have to eat! They even have banana pudding flavored ice cream (all my Balls Creek Campmeetin' friends will understand my excitement)!
Payton eagerly awaits a bite from Daddy.
Although he didn't eat very much at dinner, he had no problem putting away the ice cream. He shared an ample amount with the two of us!
All done! Ice cream makes for one very happy little boy!

Payton you would not be a White-Webb boy if you didn't like ice cream! That is GOOD STUFF!
Well I am certain there is a lot of Doub blood in those veins!! Your great grandpa Doub use to make 2 gallons every Sunday in the summer!! When he went to buy ice cream he did not buy it at the grocery store!! He bought the 2 gallon containers like the ice cream parlors buy ..directly from the processing facility that they sold their milk to.... and usually got 5-10 at a time! That was 20 gallons of ice cream! Many hot afternoons after working in the river bottoms on a hot tractor he took a break with a dish of ice cream under the oak or walnut tree! You would have loved sitting out there with him eating some ice cream!! And would loved to have had you there!
