Payton, T-Ball Spring 2012

Payton played his last T-ball game on Saturday April 21st.  We had to miss his very last game due to being out of town for a wedding.  He did great at his last game and hit a real home run!

Owen is SO ready to be a big boy and be out of this stroller but he was a great little brother and watched the entire game.  Don't worry, your day will come soon enough little guy!

This is Payton's big hit.  He hit it way into the "outfield" and ran around all the bases for a home run.  He did lap a few of his teammates, so I'm not sure he understands all of the rules just yet!  After crossing home plate he ran to all of the fans for high fives...including the parents of the other team!

Post game snacks and silly faces.....a reminder that they are still just little boys and that the snacks are the most important part of the game!

Great job with your first season of t-ball Payton.  You had so much fun and I hope you learned a few things.  I think you are born to be an athlete and you still love all sports.  I hope you will love the game with the eyes of a four year old twenty years from now!  We will be your biggest fans every step of the way....even if those steps lead us to band recitals instead of baseball games.  We love you lil' slugger!
