Payton, age 5

Payton had a wonderful 5th birthday...in fact, it was a great day for the entire family!  I will expand on our day soon....

For now, I wanted to share the birthday questionnaire we had Payton complete.  I so so so wish I had thought to start something like this around age 3...but, no crying over spilled milk!  I'll start at age 5 for the big guy and hopefully I'll remember to do this for Owen in June at Age three.

Payton - Age 5

1)  What is your favorite color?  - blue, really light blue, "this color I have on"...as in, carolina blue
2)  What is your favorite toy? - the basketball that I got for my birthday
3)  What is your favorite stuffed animal? - my giraffe-giraffe
4)  What is your favorite thing to sleep with? - my rubby (his nickname for his baby, satin bear/blanket)
5)  What is your favorite fruit? - grapes
6)  What is your favorite vegetable? - corn
7)  What is your favorite restaurant?  - Carrabbas
8)  What is your favorite food for lunch?  - bagels
9)  What is your favorite dessert? - chocolate pudding
10)  What is your favorite drink? - chocolate milk
11) Where do you want to eat for your birthday?  Carrabbas; but next year I want to eat at Los Arcos
12)  Favorite animal: horse, Clydesdale
13)  Favorite book:  Homer (a book about a dog playing baseball)
14)  Favorite song:  Away in a Manger
15)  Favorite movie:  Space Jam
16)  Favorite TV Show:  Kickin' It (a karate show)
17)  Favorite sport:  Basketball
18)  Favorite team:  Tar Heels
19)  Favorite player:  We ran into a few problems here....there were so many, we have to break into categories!  So.....

        Favorite professional basketball player:  Harrison Barnes

        Favorite golfer:  1st answer, Chad Webb.....2nd answer, Tiger Woods

22)  Where is your favorite place to travel?  North Carolina
23)  What do you want to be when you grow up?  A basketball player - first for the Tar Heels and then for the Golden State Warriors



No real surprises here, huh??

I can say that at age 4, his favorite TV Show would have been Fresh Beat Band; His favorite movie would have probably been Toy Story or Cars, and his best friend was probably still Ella girl.  At age four, he didn't really know who Michael Jordan was....but all other answers, may have been the same!  I can't wait to see how this changes each year!  It was fun to hear his answers!
