So far, so good

Our internet connection is terrible tonight.  On top of that, springing forward still seems to taking a toll on this Mom...I am tired!  I had a great blog post swimming around in my head but, I just don't have the energy to get it all out tonight.

We went to church yesterday and I felt like the sermon was directed at me.  I took a few notes and plan to write a little about that when I have more time.  Basically, another reminder that even though we may not be getting the answers we are looking for (as far as moving, selling our house, buying a house, finding a job, finding a church, etc), God is still with us, guiding us and pointing us in the right direction even though it may be taking a little longer than we would like.

I am so ready for those answers but, at this point, I can only pray for God's guidance and hope that the answers are clear in the near future.

Yesterday was a beautiful day.  The time change gave us more daylight and we spent that time playing outside...typical for my boys.  We have a busy week ahead (more like four busy weeks ahead) so it was nice to enjoy a little sunshine before our hectic schedules take over.

Today was another beautiful day and we were on the go all day long.

After picking Owen up, we met Daddy for lunch and enjoyed eating on the patio.  After school, we rushed home to get ready to go see Calyn play soccer.  We have shifted gears quickly...from basketball to soccer for Calyn, golf for Carson and soon t-ball/baseball for Owen and Payton.  We love our sports.

Soccer, dinner out and late bed time for the boys threw us all off a little...even little Saywer was fussy tonight.

Tomorrow we have a big play date planned and Mommy has to do a little birthday party shopping...Payton will soon be SIX and we are celebrating this weekend.

Updates on lent...Chad and I are still surviving without Diet Coke...and without any caffeine period.  WOW!  I'm still surviving without ice cream as well....its a big deal, really!  Payton is also surviving without soda.  So proud of the little guy!  Owen, not so much....maybe he will be more interested in lent next year!
