Snow Angels!

A few pictures of the winter wonderland at my parents house.

From my parents house, you can't see the road and most people don't travel down our driveway when it snows...for fear of being stuck, so when it snows, it is beautiful and takes forever to melt!  You truly believe the entire world must look just like this!
 Front of the house...covered!
Back of the house...covered!

Inside, we were getting ready to go out and play.  Our only problem...we had NO snow gear!  We made it work!

Payton is ready to go...wearing bags with duct tape for boots!
Bailey is once again the most excited to be out in the snow...she's in constant motion!

If you look closely right in the middle of the picture you can see Payton's first snowball flying through the air.

Bailey is eating the snowball!

I think my Dad wins the award for Most Stylish Snow Gear, especially with the red hat!

What a beautiful dog!

A not so beautiful family shot....but proof that when it comes to warm clothes, all we own is Carolina blue!

Bailey is running FULL SPEED!

Go Bailey Go!
She was so fun to watch!

Our (pretty bad) attempt at Payton and Owen's 1st snowman.  The snow was hard to pack and Payton didn't know either way!  Hopefully he'll have another chance to make a bigger, better Frosty at some point!

We ended up playing outside for about 2 hours.  I sent my camera in with Owen, Grandma and Grandpa - otherwise, you would also see great pictures of Payton riding the 4-Wheeler with my Uncle Alfred, snow angels with Aunt Moe, sledding with Mommy behind the 4 wheeler and sledding (after a little hard work by mom) down a small hill.  It was so much fun!  Lots of laughs and lots of memories!  We all warmed up and had a great nap after our snow day!
