Payton has always enjoyed riding in the shopping cart. After Church today, we headed to Publix in Mt P. Payton was able to try out the "race car" shopping cart - complete with two steering wheels and seat belts! He is such a big help in the grocery store! He also tends to get many compliments for the ladies who pass in the aisle!
Two other notes for the day.
1) Our family members will find this funny - Chad and I both grew up in Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church - one in Sherrills Ford, NC and one in Boonville, NC. We have been attending First UMC in Isle of Palms. Today, we decided to try another church which seems to have a larger group of members our age and lots of children. The church we attended today was Mt Pleasant Presbyterian. While sitting in church, the pastor made a comment that made me chuckle. He was saying, "Here at Mt. Pleasant we....." At that moment it hit me that should we end up at this church we will go from Mt. Pleasant United Methodist to Mt Pleasant Presbyterian. As a joke, I told Chad we didn't care about denomination as long as we stayed at Mt. Pleasant!
