We missed the snow in North Carolina by just a few hours. Of course, we weren't lucky enough to see even a flake in Mt Pleasant, SC. I'm more and more concerned that Payton may never see snow (and likely over-reacting since he's only 11 months old)!
Carson, Calyn and Allen appear to have enjoyed the snow in East Bend. This is a snow igloo which they created. They are now celebrities in the Winston area thanks to WXII for sharing their snow masterpiece. We are jealous of all the white stuff. We also hope that on the second round of snow you were able to save a little and have some snow cream...my personal favorite!

Payton should have spent the week with me and he could have played with all of us! Maybe next year he can come for a few days during the winter since he slept through the snow at Thanksgiving. love you all
