Don't get too excited...no pee pee in the potty yet. We made a big step tonight! Payton willingly sat on the potty without his diaper again - and he continued to sit on the potty - bare bottom - for 55 minutes! At 10 minutes, I thought we would give him just 5 more minutes. At 30 minutes I thought the same thing again. He sat there completely happy. We sang a few songs, we read lots of books - including his 2 favorite potty books, he learned to sing "I'm a Tarheel born, I'm a Tarheel bred" (yes, on the potty!), he talked to Meme and Pawpaw...and finally he was ready to get up and get his diaper back on. I was sure that after an hour we would have some pee pee...but none. Either way, I'm so thrilled with the little guy for sitting on the potty, bare bottom. The pee pee will come later!

Payton try that sitting again and call me to talk-that was so much fun! I love to hear your little voice. I miss you so much.
NO Payton - call Aunt Chandra next time you are on the potty and have some time to "sit & talk"! However, don't ask your Cousins Calyn or Carson for potty advice. They weren't very good at learning to potty early!!! I love you and miss you!!!!!!!!
