Go Dodgers!

Dodgers 1, Cubs 0
Chad made it home from Myrtle Beach in time for the Dodgers game. They beat the Cubs 7-2. Payton was so excited! He screamed in excitement several times during the game. He has learned to scream in the last few days. He may have picked it up from Ella! Thanks again to Uncle Kade for the Dodgers shirt...who knew he would get to use it in the post-season!! We'll be watching again tomorrow night. Chad is extremely excited because he actually gets to see his team on TV.
Tonight was a better experience with his food....meaning that he actually ate some food! We started with bananas mixed with rice cereal. He seems to like the bananas. Then we moved to carrots mixed with rice cereal. He did pretty good at first. Unfortunately, he does not seem to like carrots. They may be his least favorite so far. The highlight of the meal was when he sneezed with a mouth full of carrots. They went all over me...yummy! Meal time was followed by a bath for the messy boy. He loves his baths and tries to climb out of the bathtub most nights. Chad and I love how he smells after his bath. We won't have that baby smell for too long!
The good news is that we have picked a Halloween costume. After much debate, I've ordered an adorable lobster outfit. It will be complete with red tights and turtleneck. Hopefully this will be one of the few times Payton wears tights! The caterpillar and lion were our runner-ups.

I can't believe its already October. I'm excited to decorate for Halloween and autumn. I finally have little eyes to enjoy my hardwork. I think I'll have to add a few more age-appropriate decorations for Payton. We were excited to find out that my parents will be coming to visit this weekend. They haven't seen Payton in several weeks so it should be a fun weekend.

Aunt Chandra and I think Payton is so cute in his Dodger shirt. We love everyone!
